Madeleine Laberge was born in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli and grew up in L’Islet in the Bas-du-Fleuve region. From an early age, she developed a passion for the arts.
Dans le fabuleux monde de la peinture depuis presque 40 ans, Madeleine Laberge s'est dotée de formations techniques au fil des ans. Elle arrime celles-ci a des années de pratique autodidacte au cours desquelles elle peaufina sa technique et découvrit l'aquarelle, un médium de plus en plus présent dans sa pratique.
His work is strongly tinted with his rural origins. The pastoral ambiance occupy a place of choice in his universe of creation.
