We want to answer all your questions!


We want you to have a real crush on your artwork! If this is not the case, we will be happy to exchange your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. To do so, the artworks must be returned to us at your expense, intact and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of artworks that are scratched or damaged in any way. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you at your expense.

In addition, some items are non-refundable, such as gift certificates and personal care products (eg.: shaving brushes, makeup brushes, etc.).

Online orders are generally processed the same day, or within a maximum of 2 working days following the order.

We deliver to Quebec, Canada, the United States and most countries in the world. If no delivery option is available for your address, contact-us and we will submit you a tailor-made estimate!

The shipping price is calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the creations in your shopping cart as well as according to your address. Our system automatically calculates the delivery rate and offers you regular or express delivery.

We wrap the artworks with great care, most of the time with recycled materials, since the planet is as important to us as the effulgence of quebec fine crafts!

We use foam, paper or bubble wrap to protect artworks which will then be placed in a cardboard box.

Canvas are also protected with cardboard corners and kraft paper.

We mainly collaborate with Canada Post, but we can also do custom estimates for you with Purolator, UPS and Fedex if you prefer one or the other of these carriers.

Please note that you may be charged for import or customs duties and these charges are beyond our control.
