We want to answer all your questions!

We want you to truly fall in love with your artwork! If that is not the case, we will be happy to exchange your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. To do so, the artworks must be returned to us at your expense, intact and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of artworks that are scratched or damaged in any way. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you at your expense.
In addition, some items are non-refundable, such as gift certificates and personal care products (e.g.: shaving brushes, makeup brushes, etc.).

Online orders are generally processed the same day, or within a maximum of 2 business days following the order.
We ship to Quebec, Canada, the United States and most countries worldwide. If no shipping option is available for your address, contact us and we will provide you with a custom estimate.
The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the artworks in your shopping cart as well as your address. Our system automatically calculates the shipping rate and offers regular or express delivery.
We carefully package the artworks, most of the time using recycled materials, because the planet is just as important to us as the promotion of Quebec fine crafts.
We use foam, paper or bubble wrap to protect the artworks before placing them in a cardboard box.
Paintings are also protected with cardboard corners and kraft paper.
We mainly ship with Canada Post and ICS Courier. Depending on the region or the nature of the shipment, we may also use UPS, Nationex or FedEx.
A tracking link is always provided, except in the case of free shipping.
Please note that you may be charged import duties or customs fees and these charges are beyond our control.
