DELAY FOR PROCESSING ORDERS

Allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we’ve made a mistake of some sort or that there was an issue in the product conception. If that is the case, a picture of the damaged product must be sent to us, upon which we will provide a return label. Product must be sent back in its original packaging, at our cost, within 15 days. Refunds will be provided within 15 days upon receipt of product.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Customs and import duties are payable by the customer. Le Vivoir is not responsible for potential delays caused by customs.
