Upkeep
It is recommended to clean the exterior of your salt or pepper mill using a simple damp cloth, without cleaning products. On the other hand, the mechanism can be purged once every 3 months. It is then as simple as put grains of raw rice in the mechanism rather than salt or pepper. Grind the grains of rice, then voila!
