My aspiration is the expression of my perception of the human experience, conveyed in the forms, the touches of light and the movements of a dynamic composition. The notion of identity and relationships with people are the starting point of my work. A certain constancy can be seen in the choice of visual codes, in particular the characters, nature, circular shapes and entwined lines.

Whatever color expresses more than it represents, certain colors predominate in most paintings. White, yellow, ocher and orange illuminate the contrasts of dark and deep areas, a sign of an optimist who does not give in to the gloom of certain situations or tormented visions of our time. The effects of colors, lines or shapes have no concern for traditional representation.

The compositions welcome the traces, the fragments of image, the accidents, the decisions, the gestures and my thoughts, operating a reconstruction of bits of the world that we know and fragments of memory. I am interested in life, human actions, nature, silence and inner listening.
